Is Your Thinking Only Habit Driven?

Your Thoughts Are Either
Boosting Positive Results
Or Sabotaging You
.

Do you simply allow your mind to habitually lead you throughout your daily life? Or, are you consciously present in your thinking and self-talk? Take a look at how your thought processes can impact the results you experience. You may be sabotaging your potential success.
.Do you know that every cell in your body is affected by every thought you have and by every word you say to yourself?.
You have a choice as to what you think and the results you want to accomplish by your thoughts and self-talk. But, because we tend to rely on old patterns of thought (habits), it is easy to sabotage the outcomes we would prefer to experience. In other words, what you think and how you process your thinking may not always work in your best interest.
.
For example, ask yourself these revealing questions:
.Do I mentally berate myself when I make a mistake?
.Do I accept what I say when it is negative?
.Do I really know when my outlook needs a tune up?
.Do I skip the solution when I suspect a problem?
.Do I identify why an idea can't work before I recognize why it can?
.Do I struggle through projects when others breeze through them?
.Do I disparage or discredit my feelings?
.Do I attempt positive, action-oriented goals, yet they evaporate?
.Do I know how to effectively implement positive, lasting change?
.
Whether or not the thinking or self-talk you engage in is good or bad, it impacts what you believe, the attitudes and feelings you hold, the actions you take, and the results you produce.
.
When you consider well the thoughts you choose to engage in, you then implement a constructive approach toward the outcome you will experience.
.
This conscious thought process can be one of the strongest, most effective components you can implement for personal growth and self-management.

Engage 8 Mindset Secrets For Success

Engage 8 Mindset Secrets For Success:
Attack Your Success Journey At The Source
.

Success begins from within the mind. The capacity of the human brain is absolutely amazing, and when nurtured and challenged it can serve us beyond our wildest imaginations. To help advance your personal and career success, begin to engage these 8 Mindset Secrets..1. Success begins from within. To positively change and grow you must truly realize that success is a reflection of your inner world. Nurture your mind and the information you choose to process.
.
2. The level of your success is determined by your choice of thought. Positive thinking and actions of integrity beget positive results. Negative thinking and limiting or defeating actions beget negative results. Consider well the pattern of your thinking, for your thoughts shape the life you choose to live.
.3. Thinking patterns are habits. Like most habits, it is possible to change the ones you live by. That includes what you think about. You can remove negative thinking habits by practicing mental discipline and conditioning on a daily basis. Choose to replace negative thinking with positive, supportive thoughts..When a self-limiting or disempowering thought comes to mind, replace it with a positive, productive and inspiring one. As you develop this nurturing habit of capturing worthwhile and energizing thoughts, negative ones will be inhibited and begin to lose their power.
.
4. A critical component of a successful mind is self-image. An immediate way to begin addressing your self-image is to take note of the mental pictures you have of yourself. Are these pictures in alignment with what you actually want for your life? Determine the self-image you want and then practice visualizing that repeatedly in your mind, refining it as you go along. If you are diligent in this process you will notice a positive change in how you perceive yourself, your confidence level will increase, and the belief in yourself will dramatically help you achieve your goals.
.
5. You must be persistent in developing the successful mindset. It will not happen immediately. If you reinforce your pursuit on a daily basis for at least 21 to 30 days you have an excellent chance of reaching the all important subconscious mind. This concentrated effort on a given change of thought will reward you for your discipline and conditioning. When properly engaged, you will notice a positive change in the way you think, feel, and act. The degree to which this occurs varies for each person.
.
6. What you think about and believe is what you attract into your life. For that reason, it is very important to realize the power of what is referred to as the Law of Attraction. Respect it and focus on what you really want. When you are authentically positive and inspired to accomplish something, you will attract that to you --- this includes the people you chose to have around you. With positive expectancy and persistence you will attract opportunities that will allow your goal to be realized.
.
7. If you set a goal for something you truly want and you believe full heartily in it, then doggedly go after it. The success-minded achiever makes sure that the goal is repeatedly brought to mind throughout each day. Cleverly figure out ways to remind yourself of your goal again and again. When you concentrate your mental and physical energy on single purpose, dormant forces begin to surface and re-ignite to support your desired outcome. Choose your goals carefully and engage your powers of visualization, affirmations, positive patterns of self-talk, and act-as-if strategies to feed your mind.
.8. The mind hold a tremendous desire to be positively stimulated and to experience success. The mind thirsts for your instructions and follow-through to achieve. Again, what you put in will gage the results you derive. So select your choices carefully for a positive outcome. When you passionately pursue your goals your mind will support you and attract opportunities to fulfill your desires.

Conquer The Fatigue Habit

Conquer The Fatigue Habit:
Take Control With A Positive Perspective

.More often than you can imagine, fatigue may be nothing more than an annoying habit. We are not talking about physical exhaustion from hard labor here or a chemical imbalance. This reference is about the mental fatigue caused by reinforcing self-limiting habits that are counterproductive.
.It is so easy to establish habits of boring, dull, or even down right negative attitudes and routines. This happens when you choose not to exercise control over your mental health. It is a rut that allows for worry and negative thinking, which can eventually undermine self-confidence, lower self-esteem, and even cause you to feel demoralized. In turn, this reinforces the belief that you are feeling fatigued or sluggish.
.You have a choice in how you feel and how you view the world. It is an illusion to believe that you have no options.
.
People who really enjoy life and capture the best there is to experience have learned to exercise self-discipline and manage their lives. If you have regularly felt fatigued from self-defeating beliefs and thoughts since you cannot remember when, it is imperative that you finally recognize your actions and decide to do something about it. The past does not have to determine your future.
.
If you are consistently experiencing overwhelming fatigue, it is time for you to find out why. It is always a smart move to consult a physician to clearly rule out any fundamental physical or mental concerns. If your doctor does not identify a serious cause for your fatigue, then it may be time for some self-imposed changes.
.
One's feeling of mental fatigue can quickly take a change for the positive, as illustrated in the following scenario:
.
Let's say you are continually sensing fatigue and you cannot imagine feeling any other way. Now, the phone rings and you answer it with a less than enthusiastic demeanor. The caller identifies herself as an attorney for someone close to your family who has died. You think to yourself, "I was feeling lousy before, now I'm feeling even worse". But then the attorney informs you that the deceased did not have any remaining family to leave his fortune. And, he chose to leave his entire estate of two million dollars to you.
.
Yep, in an instant you became a multimillionaire. Are you still feeling fatigued? Imagine that, all of sudden you have chosen to no longer feel bored and tired. You are now exhilarated and motivated. Where did that reserve of energy come from? Has your perspective changed?
.One of the most effective ways to offset mental fatigue is to be clearly aware of the thoughts and choices you make. When you consciously decide to manage your decisions and your life, you are no longer waiting for things to randomly happen for you to feel better.
.It is your choice to be active, creative, and joyous. It is a matter of consciously taking control. Why waste precious time relinquishing yourself to happenstance and weariness? Just as you can succumb to self-imposed fatigue, you can choose to engage the habit of being mentally stronger and happier.

Can You Identify Your Life Priorities?

For More Life Satisfaction,
Answer These 8 Revealing Questions

.Are you experiencing a fulfilled life? Do the different areas of your life seem to work in harmony? Taking a closer look at how you view the priorities in your life may bring about some surprising answers.
.To help establish an overall view of your present life, take a moment to survey 8 major areas that impact the lives of most people.
.There is no particular order to the 8 areas of life. It is more important with each area that you earnestly identify your present status and then clearly consider your desired level of satisfaction. When considering each area of life, you may notice that perhaps some changes might be to your liking.
.
In working through this process, many people gain a greater insight as to where more balance may be desired. "Balance" here refers to your particular formula for life satisfaction, not that each area equals the other. Each of us experiences growth and change, and sometimes we get stuck. So, it is important to be flexible, to periodically reassess your current picture, and then adjust your actions to achieve your desired level of satisfaction.
.As you honestly assess your situation, you will increasingly realize that each of the 8 areas are interconnected and impact one another to some degree. Only you can determine the level to which you want to move forward, your timeline, and the balance that works best for you. However, keep in mind that stepping outside your comfort zone and stretching yourself can help to create greater achievement and satisfaction.
.What are your answers to these 8 primary areas of your life?..1. Family -- How are your relationships with family members? How can you improve and/or provide more support for those relationships?
2. Financial -- What is your present financial picture? How can you improve your money management? Do you have a plan for your financial future?
3. Personal Growth and/or Spirituality -- Do you advance your personal development on a regular basis? If you are so inclined, do you nurture your spiritual growth?
4. Physical Environments -- How do you feel about the comfort level of your home and work surroundings? How do you manage "clutter"? What improvements do you want to make?
5. Physical Health -- Do you address the critical areas, like eating habits, exercise, sleep, weight, and hygiene? When was your last physical exam? What health-related improvements do you want to make?
6. Recreational and Creativity -- Do you take time for personal leisure? Do you relax and have fun? Do you have creative outlets in your life? How would you improve the quality of these areas?
7. Social and Relational -- Have you nurtured friendships that bring you enjoyment and support? Do you have a more personal intimate relationship? What improvements would you make?
8. Vocational -- How does your present vocation compare to your desired career? Are you advancing in your work environment? What changes would bring you more satisfaction professionally, personally, and financially?

Goal Setting Requires A Plan Of Action

One Step Forward, Two Steps Back.. . . that is exactly what happens when your goal does not include a clear plan of action.
.Of course, you must first set an attainable goal that you truly want to achieve, one that you can passionately commit to accomplishing. Be sure to write down every detail that must be a part of what you envision for a successful result. Doing this the first time can seem a bit involved, but it is well worth the effort.
.After you have established your goal and identified the necessary components, then organize a path to achieve the goal into sequential stages. Create an action plan to achieve each step along the way. Think of this as mapping the path to your destination. Also be sure to set a predetermined milestone that clearly marks when you have successfully completed each stage. Take the opportunity to celebrate your success when you reach each milestone.
.The plan of action approach to reaching a goal provides a constant reference of what you have completed and what still needs to be done. Otherwise, a goal can sometimes seem out of reach or elusive. Attaining the ultimate goal is unlikely if you are floundering, backtracking, or running in circles.
.If you need a place to begin the process, start by writing down your goal in specific and motivating language. For each goal write down how you plan to achieve your desired outcome. Include time frames and clear milestones to measure your progress. As you implement your plan expect to make modifications to shore up or improve the route. Allow yourself to be somewhat flexible if you find a better way to reach your goal.
.When you become proficient at goal setting, the process becomes second nature. But, always make sure you have an action plan for each goal and a clear target in mind. You will soon discover how you can interconnect different goals, whereby they support one another for overall successful achievement.

Make Room For Positive Living

Conquer The Negatives
To Truly Experience Positive Living

.If you are struggling to generate the gumption to move forward because of negative baggage, it's time to take positive action..You may be dragging around feelings from a disappointment, a failure, or a negative image from the past which is getting in your way. If that's the case, recognize it, deal with it constructively, and decide to make a positive change in your thinking.
.Now, what we're talking about here is what many people refer to as being in a rut, lacking motivation, feeling stuck, or focusing on negative emotions. A circumstance that is usually, more or less, a short term occurrence. If, however, you are dealing with a concern that goes much deeper than this, do not hesitate to take healthy action and ask for help from a qualified source.
.Negative feelings and images that fester and are constantly revisited can markedly stall attempts to begin fresh and move forward. Both negative and positive self-images are very powerful, and attempting to live with both simultaneously is a clash of brain power that simply doesn’t work. Think of it as one cancelling out the other.
.
Unless you decide to take control, negative thinking and images have a way of continually bombarding your outlook toward a downward spiral. Such thoughts just seem to feed on themselves, resulting in behavior that only supports being stuck in your tracks.
.
A conscious choice to release negative thoughts and images must be made in order to allow for new and positive experiences to occur. Doing this gives you the power to let go of limiting beliefs and to change your perspective. It usually requires you to step outside your comfort zone — but that is where most success really takes hold.
.In summary, if you find that your thoughts and actions are holding you back from gaining positive traction, then it's time to make a change. Embrace the concept that the more your thoughts are focused on the positive, the less room there is for the negatives to creep in and take hold.
.
